We want to keep a long-term perspective and place more of an emphasis on collaborative learning, mentoring and training.

The STIRS Collaborative Research Domains are large, cross-disciplinary research communities that span the Commonwealth, working alongside our partner organizations to encourage interaction and collaboration. We believe that by assembling a critical mass of expertise, we will be able to conduct internationally leading research and development programs that align with and support our goals and objectives.
Monitoring and Evaluation
Monitoring and evaluation are critical components of performance management, which enables The STIRS Collaborate and our clients to achieve exceptional results. We have extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation, whether we are developing a theory of change, measuring program performance, or designing solutions that drive STIRS' initiaves.
Facilitation and Network Development
Through a Facilitator Development Programme, The STIRS Collaborative ensures effective facilitator development by teaching skills that delve deep into research dynamics, innovation, and advocacy.
Grants Management
Grantmanaging (GM) is an integral part of all the activities taking place at The STIRS Collaborate. We have an extensive experience identifying and evaluating non profit organizations for corporate donors, international foundations, multinational corporations, and other global financial donors, including high-net-worth individuals.
Standards and Certification
The STIRS Collaborative and its partners inspire a global community through technology standards and certification, as well as professional and training activities. These standards and certifications are developed in collaboration with representatives from organizations, regulators, and individuals with interest and expertise in the subject matter.

We offer advocacy landscaping on a national scale.Our global presence and networks, enables us to delve into country-specific relationships, policies, and regulations to determine what is required to support and administer strategic policy and regulation development.
Project Execution

We provide scoping and feasibility studies, business case design, institutional and human resource assessments, and the full range of preparatory work that improves a project's overall impact.
